Cannes Apartment with an amazing view over the sea. Positive: The Location and the balcony this time of the year were amazing. The Kitchen was well equipped. Negative: Toilet arrangement was slightly nonfunctional.

Nice location. Sad condition. Positive: The location - great view over the Mediterranean. Plenty of space. Negative: Both the unit and the building are sorely in need of TLC. The apartment does not seem to have seen a coat of paint in decades. This is particularly obvious on the baseboards which are peeling. The shower head was hung at shoulder level, making it very uncomfortable to use. The shower curtain is overdue for replacing. Several lightbulbs were either dead or missing. The apartment had, evidently, not been swept thoroughly. Every time we stepped out of the shower, we ended up with sand on our feet. When we arrived, the gate to the parking area would not open. The elevator is tiny, It has an official capacity of two people but if you are bringing luggage, make that one person. On the second day, the elevator door would not open on the fifth floor. We had to walk down the fourth and call the elevator again.

Die Aussicht und der Balkon macht bei diesem Apartment einfach alles aus. Positive: Die Aussicht ist der absolute Hammer. Wie auf dem Bild und dazu hört man das Meer. <3 ;) Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht aber wenn ich wieder mal nach Cannes fliege, werde ich wieder diese Unterkunft mieten wenn sie verfügbar sein sollte. ;) Negative: Bei der Dusche der Duschkopf hatte keine wirkliche Halterung. Auf der Strasse zwischen Apartment und Meer hat es leider immer ein paar Auto-Motorradposer/-innen.

Old world charm op een toplocatie aan zee Positive: Fijn appartement op een toplocatie met uitzicht op zee! Bakkerij onder het appartement voor een fijn ontbijt. Negative: Een aantal lampjes zijn aan reparatie toe.

Superb views from the balcony and great location! Positive: Location was fantastic - view from the balcony + comfy seats out there brilliant. Easy to walk to the Palais along the seafront (15 mins) and all our favourite cafes for breakfast and lunch nearby. Plus 5 mins to the old town. Perfect. Lounge + big table great and large comfy sofa appreciated! Boulangerie downstairs with delicious take-away coffee... Host very responsive and we offered to pay for a late check-out which was arranged. Negative: Bathroom was just ok - could do with an upgrade as could the kitchen but tbh we ate out all the time and grabbed coffee and breakfast downstairs. Aircon wasn't super effective - def needs an overhaul and everywhere re-painted but I'm sure this is done at the beginning of every season and it is the end! TBH, the view and the balcony and lounge where we were most the time meant we didn't really notice the other bits and bobs as they were so good!
